Kara is a holistic nutrition and health coach with a degree from New York State’s Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is also a wife and boy mom. Kara’s health coaching career grew out of her lifelong passion for the science of health and art of happiness and wellbeing. With a real-life and positive approach, Kara helps her clients achieve goals and maintain sustainable habits so that they can create a life and routines that they are proud of.
Kara loves nothing more than seeing her friends, family, and clients step into their personal best and thrive. With small and simple changes, Kara's clients see true transformation—not only in how they look, but also in how they feel each day. Kara helps you get off the weight struggle roller coaster, ditch the food rules and restrictions, and create a lifestyle that feels fun and easy for you.

With every new product and company promising a quick fix or cheap solution, Kara is passionate about helping her clients wade through the noise and get back to basics. She loves to inspire her clients to get in the kitchen, feel happy in their home, and return to a simpler, more natural way of living and eating. She believes that much of the modern world distracts us from the parts of life that make us truly satisfied and happy. With a realistic and grounded approach, Kara will help you create systems and a lifestyle that feels right for you.
